As part of our Strategic Plan consultations, the library hosted our first-ever Twitter chats in September and October through @TorontoLibrary. Each chat focused on one of our four proposed themes. People joined the discussion using #TellTPL.
The Twitter chats provided another way for people to share feedback to help the library shape our next Strategic Plan, which will guide service delivery for the next four years.
