Our Summer Wonder programs and activities are all online this year! Children and families can take part from home and explore and discover new interests together. Check out our Science et Technologie programs with Explorum, Dans le Jardin with Monsiur Philippe or L’heure des Contes with Njacko Backo on the Toronto Public Library's YouTube channel until the end of summer. Visit the Summer Wonder page to learn more.

The TD Summer Reading Club has also gone completely online, including French books and activities. For parents and educators, here is information about how the club is running, plus literacy tips and recommended reads. We know how important it is for kids to read and listen to stories over the summer and we have lots of fun things for them to do.

The TDSRC site offers jokes, web comics and even authors reading their own books, all in French! There is also the French Reading Challenge. We have lots of online materials that can be borrowed from anywhere just by using your library card. Cantook is a great resource to explore ebooks, as well as Overdrive for books in French and to help you learn French.

Start exploring our collections! We are always adding French materials, such as the continuing adventures of Geronimo and Thea Stilton and other great books.
