WILD Imagination -- Let It Take You Everywhere
Imagination is used to come up with new ideas, to think outside the box, to problem solve and more.
At a TD Summer Reading Club program at Fairview branch, what started out as a simple red curved line developed into a multi-faceted scene:
Over 20 participants, composed of adults and children, collaboratively used their imagination to create this spontaneous drawing!
This drawing game is simple and everyone can play. On a blank sheet of paper, one person starts off drawing anything of their choosing (it could be as simple as a tiny circle) and then passes it onto the next person. The next person will add something to the drawing and pass it along until everyone gets the chance to draw. For an added twist, you can even add a time limit! This imaginative game was adapted from CraftWhack and it is loads of fun.
Albert Einstein put it beautifully when he said, “Logic will get you from A to B. Imagination will take you everywhere.”
He also said, “Imagination is everything. It is a preview of life’s coming attractions.”
And of course, imagination can be a lot of fun!

Where can their (and your) WILD imagination take you? Keep imagining!
