Polish Storytimes & Children's Collections at Toronto Public Library
Kathy Szubert (Long Branch Library) and library customer, Isabella
The annual Roncesvalles Polish Festival held in Toronto each September, is a wonderful celebration not to be missed. But if you can't get your Polish fix at the event, don't fear, Toronto Public Library has a plethora of Polish collections available at a number of its branches all year round.
But that's not all!
For many years Kathy Szubert from the Long Branch Library has been offering a Polish storytime for ages 3-6 full of Polish stories, finger plays, songs and of course, the same joy and love of reading that comes with all of the Library's storytimes, regardless of which lanugage they are conducted in.
Below are some of Kathy's favourites from our Polish Children's collections, so be sure to check them out.
