2018 Scotiabank Giller Prize Longlist Revealed
Twelve books have been nominated for this year's 2018 Scotiabank Giller Prize, one of Canada's most lucrative literary prizes. The winning author receives a cash prize of $100,000; $10,000 is given to the remaining authors on the shortlist.

The shortlist will be disclosed on October 1 and the winner will be announced at a gala on November 19. The event will be broadcast live on the CBC and various social media channels.
