Feeling SAD? Attend a Living Well Program!

Now that we're heading into colder weather, most of us are starting to feel the winter blues kick in. The shortened days and decrease in daylight actually trigger the onset of a disorder called SAD, Seasonal Affective Disorder. Feeling unmotivated or moody? The library can help you take steps to keep your mood steady!

The Barbara Frum Library is hosting programs as a part of the Living Well series, geared around fitness, health & wellness, clinical counselling, and much more:
