Healthy Eating

 The holidays are quickly approaching and while I'm looking forward to celebrating with family and friends, I'm also dreading all of the food and dessert I will be eating.  I always try my best to eat healthy when I can but during the holidays, it's almost impossible not to splurge.  To avoid any "holiday weight gain", over the next month I plan on balancing my diet with lots of exercise, eating a light snack before parties, and loading my plate with vegetables.  Whether you are hosting or attending an event, you can always make a healthier option.  When I'm looking for inspiration on how to cook low calorie meals, I try recipes from some of these books.  Happy Holidays!!
