Toronto Public Library and Hot Docs Expand Accessibility Through the Sun Life Financial MAP Program
If you have a valid adult library card and you’re a fan of great documentaries, Toronto Public Library has some good news. For the second year, as part of its Sun Life Financial Museum + Arts Pass program, the library is once again teaming up with the 2018 Hot Docs Canadian International Documentary Festival (April 26-May 6) to offer a limited number of festival passes to people living in high needs neighbourhoods.
The Hot Docs Festival Passes can be signed out* at the following participating branches on Saturday, April 14 and Saturday, April 21, 2018:
- Albert Campbell
- Black Creek
- Evelyn Gregory
- Flemingdon Park
- Northern Elms
- Parliament Street
Fifteen passes are available for signing out each day. The Hot Docs Festival Passes are good for one person for up to six screening tickets, with a maximum of two tickets per screening.
Library patrons with a Hot Docs Festival Pass can visit a special webpage, hotdocs.ca/tpl, to select their desired screenings.
