In the late 70's, Toronto was a city struggling to identify itself. A longtime bastion of conservative Upper Canadian values, "Toronto the Good" nonetheless had a grittier underside that was beginning to bubble to the surface. High school student Don Pyle, equipped with a Canon AT-1 in a plastic grocery bag, was there to document the rise of the Toronto punk scene as it trashed stages from The El Macombo and The Horseshoe right up to Massey Hall.
